Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a logistics coordinator in Łódź to assign shipments to couriers, optimize routes, and manage delivery priorities. You will monitor traffic and weather factors, respond to delays, and work with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.

We value practical courier experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The role requires shift work and independent decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar courier role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of city topography (Łódź and surroundings).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

This is the right job for you if:

Have experience in a similar position in a courier company

Know MS Office, especially Excel, at a good level

Have a secondary education

Know the city topography (Łódź and surroundings)

Stand out with their communicativeness and enjoy cooperating with others

Are characterized by the ability to independently make decisions and act effectively under stressful conditions

Are open to shift work
