Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poland is seeking a logistics supervisor to coordinate the daily work of the sorting hub team, ensuring timely sorting and loading/unloading of shipments.

You will work across departments to optimize processes, set goals, motivate staff, and report performance to the Manager; the role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities to influence e-commerce operations across Allegro's Polish hub.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in the courier sorting hub
• You will set goals, motivate, and hold employees accountable for achieving assigned tasks
• You will handle the efficient organization of transport loading and unloading
• You will be responsible for the correct and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches
• You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures
• Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes
• On a daily basis, you will cooperate with other departments within the company, including the transport department, courier branches, etc
• You will actively participate in operational projects and ensure the implementation of new standards
• You will support your team in their daily tasks
• You will report the team's performance results to the Manager
