Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poland is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead unloading and loading operations at the depot and ensure efficient linehaul workflows.

You will oversee the sorting of shipments for courier routes, and manage damaged parcels in line with safety guidelines. You will report on equipment conditions, cooperate with other departments for cross-functional efficiency, and operate in shifts with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety practices (BHP) and Fire Safety (PPOŻ).

Qualifications

• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work.
• Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork.
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

This is the right job for you if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company;
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ);
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure;
• Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork;
• High level of personal culture and professionalism;
• Openness to work in shifts.
