Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poland seeks a logistics coordinator to assign shipments to couriers, plan routes, and respond to delays. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and continuously improve courier processes.

The role requires prior courier experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment. Training and development opportunities are offered in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position within a courier company.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Secondary education.
• Knowledge of the city's topography.

• Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure the timely preparation of shipments for dispatch;
• Proposing improvements to courier work organization in order to increase efficiency and service quality.

• Experience in a similar position within a courier company;
