Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Poznań to oversee staff, coordinate linehaul unloading/loading, and ensure timely sorting of shipments for courier routes. The role emphasizes safety, equipment reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will delegate tasks, plan workflows, and contribute to a professional team environment with a strong focus on efficiency and customer service. Shift work and adaptability are key parts of this position.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company.
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ).
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork.
• High level of personal culture and professionalism.
• Openness to work in shifts.
