Job summary

Allegro eu S.A. is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Wrocław to oversee linehaul loading/unloading and parcel sorting, ensuring efficiency and safety. You will coordinate with teams, utilize MS Office tools, and mentor staff while embracing shift work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar warehouse or courier role
• Ability to delegate, plan and organize work
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ)
• Ability to make independent decisions and act under pressure
• Strong communication and daily teamwork
• High level of personal culture and professionalism
• Willingness to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure the efficient and timely unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot;
• Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes;
• Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines;
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;
• Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company;
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ);
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure;
• Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork;
• High level of personal culture and professionalism;
• Openness to work in shifts.
