Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Legnica is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely execution of processes.

You will recruit and train workers, ensure compliance with procedures and health and safety regulations, maintain equipment, and support the team while collaborating with other departments. The role requires 2+ years in a similar warehouse or courier position, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or courier role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Fire Protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to make independent and fast decisions.

• On a daily basis, you will supervise warehouse operations and ensure the timely execution of operational processes.
• You will be responsible for recruiting and training warehouse workers.
• Your task will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• You will be responsible for the correct operation and timely maintenance of technical equipment.
• You will ensure employee safety and adherence to health, safety and fire protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.
• You will support your team in their daily tasks.
• You will collaborate with other departments within the company on a daily basis.

This is the right job for you if:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company.
• Possess strong task delegation, planning and organizational skills.
• Are proficient in MS Office.
• Are familiar with Health, Safety and Fire Protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy working with others - we work as a team every day.
• Are capable of making independent and fast decisions.
