Job summary

Allegro in Poland is seeking a Logistics Courier Coordinator to assign shipments to couriers, plan routes, and respond quickly to delays to minimize disruptions. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely preparation of shipments for dispatch.

The role requires experience in a courier setting, good Excel skills, and the ability to make independent decisions under pressure, with strong teamwork and communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar courier role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Secondary education.
• Knowledge of the city's topography.
• Ability to make independent decisions and act under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and daily teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assigning shipments to couriers based on routes and priorities.
• Planning courier routes considering traffic conditions and regional specifics.
• Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues and unforeseen situations to minimize disruptions.
• Resolving ongoing operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems.
• Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure timely preparation of shipments for dispatch.
• Proposing improvements to courier work organization to increase efficiency and service quality.

• Planning courier routes, taking into account traffic conditions, weather and regional specifics;
• Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions;
• Resolving ongoing operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems;
• Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure the timely preparation of shipments for dispatch;
