Job summary

Allegro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee unloading and loading operations at the depot, ensuring efficiency and timeliness for linehaul and courier routes. You will sort shipments accurately, manage damaged parcels per safety guidelines, and report on equipment status to keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with other departments to boost cross-functional efficiency, delegate tasks, plan work, and maintain high personal standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company.

This is the right job for you if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company;
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ);
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure;
• Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork;
• High level of personal culture and professionalism;
• Openness to work in shifts.
