Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Siedlce depot. You will oversee unloading and loading of linehaul operations, ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments, and handle damaged parcels according to safety procedures.

You will report equipment condition and work with other departments to keep operations running smoothly. We value teamwork, proactive decision making, and flexibility to work shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or courier role.
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ).
• Ability to make independent decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and daily teamwork.
• Openness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities
