Job summary

EducationSuperHighway is recruiting a remote, full-time Partnerships professional to own the complete sales cycle for two tracks: direct employer partnerships and payroll/HR platform BD. You will build an outbound pipeline from zero, target enterprise HR, Benefits, and CSR leaders, and close multi-stakeholder deals with executive presence.

You’ll also expand partnerships with payroll/HR platforms and document a scalable playbook for 2027.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B partnerships, enterprise BD, or platform sales.
• Proven hunter with zero-to-pipeline track record and multi-stakeholder closes.
• Experience selling to HR, Benefits, or CSR leaders at enterprise or mid-market.
• Executive presence and ability to run multi-threaded closes across CFO, HR, and CSR.
• Self-directed and AI-enabled in prospecting and research.

Responsibilities

• Build and own outbound pipeline targeting enterprise employers.
• Manage full sales cycle from cold outreach to close.
• Sell to HR, Benefits, CSR leaders at enterprise and mid-market.
• Maintain CRM discipline and report weekly against pipeline and targets.
• Develop payroll/HR platform BD partnerships and co-marketing plans.
• Document playbooks and handoffs to scale the function.
