7-Figure Boardroom is a rapidly scaling high-ticket leadership network for Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Cybersecurity GRC Analysts ready to level up into Director-level roles. This remote role partners with the founder to transform a working playbook into a scalable, systems-driven program serving thousands of tech professionals per year.

You’ll own the Executive Coaching System and Monthly Masterclass Engine, building coaches, onboarding, event production, and a comprehensive replay

Qualifications

• 4+ years building or scaling coaching, learning, or member-driven programs.
• Strong instincts in adult learning design and accountability systems.
• Experience leading coaching networks, calendars, or program operations.
• Ability to turn a spreadsheet into a growth engine with systems thinking.
• Comfort in a founder-led, fast-paced startup with ambiguity.
• Ability to blend empathy with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design repeatable framework to source, vet, and onboard Director+ level coaches.
• Launch Coach Playbook and training pipeline for quality.
• Build a smart coach–member matching system.
• Introduce group coaching pods as a scale lever.
• Track and report on coaching impact, satisfaction, and renewals.
• Own and scale the Executive Coaching System and Monthly Masterclass Engine.
• Lead KPI-driven dashboards and collaboration with RevOps to align coaching with revenue and retention.
