Job summary

XTB is a global financial company specializing in online trading. We serve clients across Europe and beyond and invest in people through training and development.

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking customer service specialist to build relationships with clients, resolve issues, and provide clear explanations via phone and written channels. English proficiency required; day and night shifts available; MS Office skills helpful.

Qualifications

• Spanish language with native or proficient level
• English language at B2 level
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Explain customer complaints clearly in written and phone communications
• Monitor situations on financial markets
• Work with CRM system to verify and complete client data
• Cooperate with external XTB branches and internal departments
