Job summary

Yusen Logistics in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Customs Applications Specialist (IT) to support and enhance our customs technology landscape. You will manage and improve customs applications, system integrations, and data flows across WMS, TMS, EDI/API solutions, and vendor systems.

Working with business and IT teams, you will provide application support, coordinate system changes, resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvements to ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable customs processes for

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with logistics, customs, freight forwarding, warehousing, TMS or application support.
• Understanding of system integrations, EDI/API processes, and data flows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across applications and processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of CargoWise One or other ERP/integration platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online is beneficial.
• Understanding of information security, compliance and data protection.
• Strong communication skills translating business requirements into IT solutions.
