Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a WMS Specialist to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse management system, support users, analyze issues, and contribute to projects that develop and optimize warehouse processes.

You will collaborate with warehouses, operations and IT, prepare reports and dashboards, test and implement new functionalities, and help integrate WMS with ERP or TMS systems. Fluent English and strong analytical skills are essential in this international role.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a WMS Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the WMS system, supporting users, analyzing and resolving system issues, and participating in projects related to the development and optimization of warehouse processes.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and IT departments.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Knowledge of SQL and experience creating and analyzing database queries.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management.
• Experience integrating WMS platforms with ERP, TMS, or other business applications.
• Experience testing new system functionalities, implementing changes, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience working with Manhattan SCALE.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working in project environments.
