Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Poland is seeking a National Contract Logistics IT Expert who blends logistics systems expertise with business process analysis, solution implementation, and digital transformation. You will configure WMS, TMS, and EDI, implement new customers, test changes, and coordinate with IT, Operations, and global teams to deliver practical IT solutions.

This role focuses on applying automation, AI, Copilot, and Power Platform to improve productivity and efficiency across Contract Logistics

Qualifications

Experience in logistics IT, WMS/TMS environments, systems implementation, or business and systems analysis.
Practical understanding of warehouse processes and requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate operational requirements into practical technology solutions.
Interest in automation and emerging technologies, with experience or interest in AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and productivity tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across Operations, Site Management, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design system solutions supporting Contract Logistics operations.
Implement new customers and changes to existing solutions, including WMS configuration and EDI mappings.
Ensure operation and development of systems such as WMS, TMS, Business Objects, Centiro, eOrder, ControLog, and EDI.
Plan, coordinate testing with IT, Operations, and regional/global teams.
Analyze incidents and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
Develop reports and optimize system solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
Identify processes for AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital solutions.
