Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a TMS Application Specialist in Poland to bridge transport operations and IT, enabling local and regional TMS initiatives. You will configure, support and optimize our Transport Management Systems and translate operational requirements into practical solutions.

You will work with international IT and operational teams, perform testing, migrations, and enhancements, and help users maximize system benefits. English proficiency is essential for collaboration across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in TMS, transport/logistics apps or IT application support.
• Experience with Transport Management Systems such as Soloplan CarLo, Blue Yonder TMS, OTM, Transporeon, Manhattan TMS, Cargowise or e2Open.
• Good command of English and ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Transport Management Systems based on operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical TMS solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents and requests and provide effective user support.
