Job summary

Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd is seeking a WMS Specialist to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse management system, support users, diagnose issues, and contribute to optimization projects. You will work with warehouses, operations and IT to maintain and enhance the WMS and related processes.

Ideal candidates have WMS experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SQL/SSRS. English proficiency and good organization are essential for success in our international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience providing user support and handling incident tickets.
• Proactive collaboration with IT, operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to WMS system users.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve user requests and system issues.
• Collaborate with warehouses, operations, and IT teams to maintain and develop the system.
• Prepare reports, analyses, documentation, and dashboards.
• Participate in projects related to development, optimization, and integration of WMS with other IT solutions.
• Develop, update and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Support testing, implementation and acceptance of new functionalities.
• Identify improvements to warehouse processes and logistics systems.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors for enhancements.
