About the Role
NR Supply are supporting a leading global 3PL in the search for an experienced IT Support Manager to lead a high-performing WMS support function based in Warsaw.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with WMS experience who enjoys leading teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of mission-critical warehouse management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Blue Yonder WMS Support Consultants.
- Manage day-to-day support activities, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex incidents and critical issues.
- Develop team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
WMS Support & Operations
- Ensure the stability, availability and performance of the Blue Yonder WMS platform.
- Coordinate L2/L3 incident management, problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Support system upgrades, releases, deployments and go-live activities.
- Work closely with technical teams to minimise operational disruption.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and WMS performance.
- Drive standardisation, documentation and best practice across the support function.
- Promote proactive problem management to reduce recurring incidents.
Governance & Quality
Monitor SLAs, KPIs and overall service performance.
Support audit and compliance activities where required.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Operations, Solution Architects, Product Managers and IT teams.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders regarding major incidents and service performance.
- Collaborate with Integration, Automation, Infrastructure and TMS teams to ensure end- to-end operational stability.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse management systems)
- Previous experience leading or mentoring WMS teams.
- Experience providing L2/L3 application support
- Excellent understanding of warehouse processes and Contract Logistics.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
