Job summary

CCIG Group is hiring for a Dutch-speaking customer support role with flexible hours and fully remote work. No prior experience required; training provided. The position is a contract of mandate with a guaranteed hourly rate and optional B2B arrangement.

Responsibilities include assisting customers and couriers in Dutch, guiding them on parcel sending and returns, and handling complaints to ensure high service quality. Suitable for those balancing studies or interests.
