Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Specialist with Dutch for a remote position from Poland. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, advise on hygiene products, and provide multichannel support (email, chat, social media) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dutch language level required: C1/C2; English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Proficient in computer software and quick learner of new tools.
• Ability to listen, understand, review, and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador and advise customers on hygiene products.
• Respond to inbound and make outbound calls regarding product inquiries and complaints.
• Provide multichannel written support via email, chat, and social media.
• Document e-commerce complaints on platforms.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and courtesy throughout interactions.
• Ensure excellent end-to-end customer experience.
