Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and couriers in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat.
• Help customers open jammed or locked compartments.
• Guide users on how to send parcels, arrange returns, and navigate the app.
• Handle complaints and resolve everyday logistics issues.
• Maintain top-tier service quality and promote a positive company image.
