CCIG Group seeks Portuguese-speaking customer support agents to join our remote team. No prior experience required; full training provided.

This flexible role fits around studies, passions, or daily routines while connecting you with great people and a dynamic logistics environment. You will assist customers and couriers in Portuguese via phone, email, and live chat; guide users on sending parcels, returns, and app navigation; maintain service quality and promote a positive brand image.

Competenze

• Speaks Portuguese at a B2 level or higher.
• Can commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Is comfortable using computers and eager to learn new software systems.
• Is communicative, enjoys helping people, and loves solving problems.
