Job summary

Genpact in Poland is seeking a Customer Care (Sales & Support) Specialist with German or French to join a hybrid or remote team. The role focuses on supporting order-to-cash processes and delivering high-quality service.

You will work with Salesforce and SAP to manage orders, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams. The position offers private medical care, life insurance, Multisport, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• German at C1 level or French
• English at least B2
• SAP order management knowledge
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OTC order flow in Salesforce and SAP.
• Provide customer service and resolve order issues following defined processes and SLAs.
• Investigate missed OTIF deliveries and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP and address pricing/certification/MOQ issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and query resolution.
• Handle critical escalations, including AOG and line stops, coordinating investigations.
• Analyze order and LOOP trends, prepare reports, and identify process improvements.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
