Genpact is hiring for a German-speaking Customer Care - Sales & Support (OTC) role focused on order management, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will use Salesforce and SAP to manage the full order flow, investigate OTIF issues, and maintain master data for critical parts.

The role requires German at C1 level, remote work from Poland, and opportunities for training and development, with a foundation in customer service excellence and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
• German language proficiency at C1 is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order flow with Salesforce, SAP, and customer portals.
• Handle OTC missed OTIF investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain customer master data and part numbers in SAP.
• Notify customers of issues with pricing, Certs, MOQ.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries promptly.
• Build strong relationships with CSRs and the business.
• Lead line stop or Aircraft on Ground issues to resolution.
• Provide daily/weekly reports and drive process improvements.
