Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a senior software engineer to lead delivery of AI/ML solutions and scalable platforms in a hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote) across Wrocław/Katowice. You will design, develop and maintain complex systems, collaborating with Architecture and Development teams to meet business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics or related field.
• 10+ years of applied experience in software/platform engineering or similar roles.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions with strong coding in C#/Java/Python.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub and ADO for automation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of solution or infrastructure development for large, complex projects.
• Design, develop, deliver and maintain software or platforms ensuring standards alignment.
• Understand business and user requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor peers across engineering teams.
• Drive processes, standards, and tooling to enable reliable, scalable solutions.
