Job summary

SPS Commerce Poland Sp. z.o.o. is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Network Onboarding team in Warsaw. You will design, build, and deploy agentic solutions, including AI agents, to automate onboarding and internal processes, collaborating with multiple development teams.

You will own the work end-to-end, from design through testing and delivery, thriving in a fast-moving environment while understanding the business impact of the code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience with Python, cloud technologies, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with Python Web Frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and multi-layer stack.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and protocols (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK).
• Proven ability to write quality, well-tested code and to work in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex methods and procedures within the problem domain with minimal supervision.
• Own the development, testing, and deployment of an entire product.
• Estimate new work with diligence and commitment.
• Build services and components using the latest frameworks and cloud providers.
• Collaborate with experts in usability, cloud automation, and reliability.
