Reply Group in Katowice is seeking a Software and Cloud Engineer to grow into AI-driven automation and agentic engineering. You will bridge to our core platform (AWS, K8s, GitLab, Keycloak) and help teams adopt modern cloud practices in a production-ready way.

You will design scalable workflow orchestration, enable cloud adoption, and implement governance and security practices while coaching teams on best practices and IaC. Hybrid work from Katowice is available.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong software engineering background with Python or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of API design principles and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in workflow orchestration and automation platforms (BPMN).
• Cloud engineering experience including containerization and deployment in public clouds.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tooling.
• Fluent English and Polish and ability to work in hybrid mode from Katowice.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to architecture and structured integration of agentic capabilities into products and workflows.
• Design and implement scalable workflow orchestration solutions using BPMN-based platforms and automation tooling.
• Enable cloud-native platform adoption, working with container orchestration, CI/CD, identity management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Establish governance, observability, cost awareness, access management, and secure deployment practices.
• Coach teams on automation best practices, infrastructure as code, and production-ready engineering.
• Foster knowledge sharing via workshops and collaboration with global platform teams.
• Evolve Workflow Automation and Agentic Engineering capabilities with AI-driven enhancements.
