Vention in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to turn AI-driven delivery practices into real workflows across teams. You will research new technologies, test solutions, and integrate them into the software delivery lifecycle.

Join a senior R&D team, own pilots, onboard teams, and measure adoption with delivery data. The role requires hands-on experience with AI agents, Spec-Driven Development, and fluent Russian for day-to-day communication.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering on commercial projects.
• Deep understanding of the full SDLC and its interdependencies.
• Hands-on with building or integrating AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development; BMAD or SpecKit is a plus.
• Experience integrating Git, issue trackers, AI coding tools, design or test management systems.
• Fluent Russian for day-to-day team communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI automation opportunities across the SDLC and create workflows.
• Research, compare, and recommend AI tools, BMAD, SpecKit.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled workflows across the software delivery toolchain.
• Run pilots, gather feedback, resolve gaps, and improve solutions.
• Support team adoption through onboarding plans, operating processes, documentation, and guidance.
• Track adoption using delivery data and refine workflows based on results.
• Turn proven approaches and emerging technologies into reusable delivery capabilities with R&D and project teams.
