Job summary

Zoomcar is seeking a Systems Engineer (Commercial) in Warszawa, Poland (flexible location). The role partners with a sales representative to support the Commercial sector on all technical matters during pre-sales, during calls, and post-sales.

You will lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, understand customer requirements, and serve as the primary technical contact with customers and partners. Fortinet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in security technology across network, endpoint and application areas.
• Pre-sales experience managing end-to-end technical deals.
• Familiarity with Fortinet solutions at NSE4 level or above preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-relationship skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle for Commercial customers, including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Listen to customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Be the primary technical contact for customers and partners with the sales team.
• Support sales plan by assisting SEs, Team Leads, Account Managers and SEM.
• Prepare and conduct product demos, both virtual and in-person.
