Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced professional to lead data design, implementation, and translation of Alpha’s requirements into scalable client reporting solutions. You will partner with operations, technology, and client teams to drive delivery of strategic initiatives and ensure high-quality data capabilities.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, validating data, and supporting prioritization and planning in partnership with the client reporting project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, data management, or a related field.
• Experience designing data flows, data validation, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects designing and implementing data flow and data accuracy with operations, clients, and technology teams.
• Analyze technical solutions against business requirements and document needs.
• Develop data and functional requirements and effort estimates for new capabilities.
• Participate in information delivery and BI strategy sessions.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and mapping activities.
• Interface with data experts and data sourcing resources and assist with validation.
• Support conceptual and logical data models with business context.
• Ensure the project remains customer-focused, results-driven and compliant with requirements.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
