Job summary

State Street is seeking an Account Services Data Analyst in Kraków to support client onboarding and data configuration across the Alpha Platform. You will collect, validate, and organize client data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for testing, conversion, and production use.

You will collaborate with clients, implementation leads, product and technology teams to resolve data issues and maintain data artifacts, with a focus on scalable, repeatable processes and strong data controls.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review large sets of data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Experience supporting data collection, data validation, system configuration, testing, and operational readiness within financial services or investment operations.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel, data profiling, reconciliation techniques, and reporting tools used to support data analysis and control activities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze client account data required to support client conversions.
• Review client-provided data for completeness, consistency, and alignment to data requirements and operating models.
• Maintain and update client account data artifacts and related implementation documentation.
• Support configuration of account attributes and client-specific settings within workflow tools.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data accuracy across systems.
