Job summary

State Street is seeking an Account Services Implementation Analyst and Project Manager to support Alpha Platform onboarding and front-to-back implementation efforts. The role involves documenting business requirements, coordinating timelines, and enabling smooth client transitions from delivery to business-as-usual support.

• Proven ability to gather and interpret client requirements and translate them into use cases and functional specs.
• Experience in driving end-to-end onboarding and implementation initiatives.
• Exposure to financial services or capital markets is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Alpha Front-to-Back Account Services implementations and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to document business requirements and translate into specs.
• Coordinate onboarding, data readiness, and alignment with timelines.
• Develop expertise in ACM/Alpha tools and support configuration and validation.
• Document account lifecycle workflows and governance artifacts.
• Assist in end-to-end testing planning and execution coordination.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and data mapping for Alpha configurations.
• Monitor risks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
