Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an Account Services Data Analyst to support client onboarding, maintenance, and configuration across the Alpha Platform. You will collect, organize, and validate client account data to ensure accurate setup and readiness for testing, conversion, and production use.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in data analysis within financial services, strong Python/SQL/Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities to review large data sets for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience collecting, validating, and organizing data for onboarding, testing, and production.
• Proficient in data profiling, reconciliation, and reporting to support data controls.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze client account data for new launches and lifecycle events.
• Review data for completeness, consistency, and alignment with templates and models.
• Support configuration of account attributes and business rules within workflow tools and Alpha systems.
• Investigate data issues, document root causes, and propose resolutions with owners and status.
• Prepare test data and validate outcomes during testing cycles, documenting defects.
