Job summary

The role emphasizes data quality, cross-functional collaboration, and performance excellence within a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, data management, or a related field.
• Experience in data management, business analysis, client reporting, or financial services operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data sourcing, data validation, and data flow design.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of investment data domains and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in the design and implementation of data flow and data accuracy with operations, clients, and technology teams.
• Analyze technical solutions against business requirements and document needs with business teams.
• Develop data and functional requirements and effort estimates for deploying new capabilities.
• Participate in information delivery and business intelligence strategy sessions.
• Complete data analysis, profiling, and data mapping activities.
• Interface with data experts and data sourcing resources, assisting with data validation.
