Job summary

State Street, in Poland, seeks a Data Operations Specialist to help build and sustain client data capabilities within the Alpha Data Operations team. You will ensure timely, high-quality data delivery and collaborate with global teams to optimize processes and automation.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 2–3 years of financial services or data experience, plus strong SQL, analytical and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in data management, finance, business or equivalent.
• Typically 2–3 years of industry experience in financial services or data fields.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and/or other market data vendors is a plus.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong team ethics and being a team player.
• Good communication and English language skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support data operations, ensure data is delivered to clients on time and is of good quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data issues.
• Support internal and client testing prior to go-live with test plans.
• Contribute input on Alpha Data product enhancements and requirements.
• Collaborate with Alpha Data Implementation, Service Management and IT teams to share best practices.
