STATE STREET CORPORATION in Poland seeks an Account Services Implementation Analyst and Project Manager to support Alpha Platform onboarding, gather requirements, and coordinate with clients and technology teams across Front Office, Middle Office, and IBOR. The role drives end-to-end onboarding and client servicing initiatives with robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• 5+ years in PM or BA
• Experience in financial services preferred

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Alpha Front-to-Back Account Services implementations and contribute to target operating model design.
• Gather and document business requirements, translate into use cases and functional specs for product development.
• Coordinate account onboarding and data readiness to meet implementation timelines.
• Develop expertise in Account Configuration & Maintenance tooling and support configuration design and validation.
• Document and validate account lifecycle workflows aligning with Alpha governance standards.
• Support end-to-end testing activities including test planning and execution coordination.
• Drive project progress, milestone tracking and status reporting to stakeholders.
