Job summary

State Street is seeking an Account Services Implementation Analyst and Project Manager to support onboarding and go-live of Alpha Front-to-Back implementations. You will gather and document client requirements, coordinate data readiness, and drive end-to-end onboarding with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• Exposure to financial services, investment banking, capital markets, or related industries would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Alpha Front-to-Back (F2B) Account Services implementations.
• Document and translate client requirements into use cases and functional specs.
• Coordinate account onboarding and data readiness within timelines.
• Develop expertise in ACM workflow tool and related tools.
• Document and validate account lifecycle workflows (setup, amendments, maintenance).
• Support end-to-end testing activities and script validation.
• Contribute to Alpha client onboarding and implementation efforts.
• Participate in client workshops and working sessions for data mapping and configuration standards.
