Job summary

ALSO is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Cisco Team in Finland. The role blends technical design with sales, engaging reseller partners and Cisco to design solutions that best meet customer needs.

You will act as the technical expert within the Cisco team, building configurations, quotations, and proofs of concept while collaborating with partners and ALSO’s sales organization to grow Cisco-related revenue.

Qualifications

CCNA certification and understanding of Cisco technologies.
Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Ability to understand customer needs and identify technically and commercially suitable solutions.
Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented with ability to manage several priorities.
Willingness to share expertise and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

Designing complex Cisco product configurations with partners and Cisco specialists.
Support partners in sales opportunities requiring technical expertise.
Build quotations and solution proposals with sales and partners.
Identify solutions meeting customer needs and communicate technical and commercial benefits.
Collaborate with Cisco, partners, AND ALSO's Cisco team and sales organization.
Bring technical expertise into active solution selling.
Plan and deliver technical and product training for partners and internal teams.
