Job summary

Infosys in Poland is seeking a Network SME to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise network solutions. Hybrid work model with responsibilities across planning, build, test, and handover; you will work with SDA, DNA Center, ISE, and Cisco technologies.

You will Collaborate with project managers, create Visio diagrams, conduct network assessments, produce HLDs/LLDs, and support procurement and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, network security, SDA, DNA Center, ISE.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale network transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (plan, design, build, test, deploy, handover).
• Hands-on experience with network vendors (Cisco preferred).
• CCNP, CCIE, Cisco SDA Specialist certifications preferred.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing delivery roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of network solutions across enterprise environments.
• Provide technical expertise in SDA solutions, including design, policy configuration, integrations, and deployment.
• Create and maintain Visio-based network diagrams, topology maps, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Manage customer communication, expectations, and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, and SDA fabrics.
