Job summary

Calan in Warsaw is seeking a Central Europe Sales Support to join our regional office for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support Key Account Managers in preparing offers, maintain client relationships, and draft leasing and maintenance contracts.

You will work with CRM systems, coordinate with legal and finance, prepare market analyses, and help organize meetings, reports, and day-to-day team tasks in an international, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in management, business, or economics.
• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Czech or Slovak) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in preparing offers and maintaining client relationships.
• Update data in CRM systems and prepare transaction summaries.
• Prepare and co-draft leasing and maintenance contracts.
• Organize meetings, prepare presentations, and provide day-to-day team support.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and administration departments.
• Monitor sales performance indicators and prepare reports.
• Analyze Central European market and identify sales trends.
• Contribute to regional sales reports and market analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and provide office support.
• Monitor invoicing and coordinate reminders with KAMs and sales team.
