Job summary

Calan in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Sales Manager PV to drive business development among Polish and international corporate clients with significant electricity consumption. You will identify, contact, and secure PVaaS contracts while coordinating tender participation and liaising with Legal and Technical teams.

The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in renewable energy business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of Poland's energy market and customers.
• Advanced MS Office skills and data-driven approach.
• Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with Polish and international corporate clients.
• Identify contacts with high electricity consumption sectors.
• Obtain new PVaaS contracts.
• Coordinate participation in PVaaS tenders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage commercial processes to meet sales goals.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration (Legal/Technical).
