Job summary

Calan, a fast-growing independent renewable energy producer, is expanding its operations in Poland. We are seeking a Business Development Manager PPA (Energy) to develop client relationships in PPA contracts and energy product origination in Warsaw.

You will collaborate with technical, legal, and financial teams to prepare offers, monitor market opportunities, and travel across Poland 2-3 days per week. English proficiency and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent market knowledge and industry network in renewable energy.
• Proven track record of business development success in PPA.
• Portfolio of relationships with international corporations.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing client relationships in PPA contracts and energy origination.
• Building long-term partnerships with clients.
• Supporting clients in energy transition strategies and organizational decision-making.
• Collaborating with technical, legal, and financial teams in preparing offers.
• Monitoring the market and identifying new opportunities.
• Managing the sales process involving experts from various areas and close cooperation with PV engineers and PV Project Managers.
• Extensive travel in Poland, 2-3 days per week on the road.
