Calan, a leading European locomotive leasing provider, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee leasing contracts across Central Europe, ensure contractual compliance, and drive client satisfaction. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Maintenance teams, managing profitability and regulatory compliance while traveling about 20% of the time.

The role requires 3–4 years in international B2B operations, fluent Polish and English, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in operational management within an international B2B environment.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing contracts for customers in Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia).
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor KPIs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Maintenance) and external service providers.
• Handle official client communications, including contract adjustments and dispute resolution.
• Oversee contract profitability and cost management.
• Support pre-sales activities, including contract verification and fleet deployment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous service improvements.
• Travel for client meetings and operational oversight (approx. 20% of working time).
