Calan in Warsaw seeks an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to lead finance, administration and compliance. You will oversee P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, treasury, and consolidation, while driving FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting in a global group context.

You will define KPIs, coordinate with external partners, participate in Group meetings, and lead a 12-member finance team (3 direct reports). Hybrid work option offered in a modern Warsaw office.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar finance/controlling role.
• Strong English; French would be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strategic business outlook.
• Proactive, with focus on process automation and improvements.
• Experience with GBS/SSC collaboration and analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Full responsibility for finance, administration and compliance.
• Oversee financial reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, treasury.
• Manage consolidation, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Implement Group reporting standards and procedures.
• Define and monitor KPIs (EBIT, EBITDA, margin, opex, capex) and optimize.
• Coordinate with external partners incl. accounting firms and GBS.
• Participate in local/international financial committees and Group meetings.
• Share best practices with international finance teams.
• Lead and develop a finance & accounting team of 12 (3 direct reports).
