Job summary

Calan in Warsaw is seeking a Central Europe Sales Support to join our regional office for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support Key Account Managers in preparing offers, maintain client relationships, and draft leasing and maintenance contracts.

You will work with CRM systems, coordinate with legal and finance, prepare market analyses, and help organize meetings, reports, and day-to-day team tasks in an international, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in management, business, or economics.
• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Czech or Slovak) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in preparing offers and maintaining client relationships.

• Prepare and co-draft leasing and maintenance contracts.

Our client is a fast-growing international company in the railway transport industry, specializing in the leasing and maintenance of rolling stock. The company operates across Europe.

We are currently looking for a candidate to join the regional office in Warsaw for a 12-month fixed-term employment in the position of a Central Europe Sales Support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Key Account Managers in preparing commercial offers and maintaining client relationships
• Updating data in CRM systems and preparing transaction summaries
• Preparing and co-drafting leasing and maintenance contracts
• Organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and providing day-to-day team support
• Cooperating with internal departments (legal, finance, administration)
• Monitoring sales performance indicators and preparing reports
• Analyzing the Central European market and identifying sales trends
• Contributing to the preparation of regional sales reports and market analysis
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality procedures and providing office administrative support
• Monitoring customer invoicing and sending reminders for outstanding payments in cooperation with KAMs and the sales administration team

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in management, business, or economics
• Very good command of English
