Job summary

Calan is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our international automotive parts group in Warsaw. You will coordinate the B2B loyalty program, manage marketing materials, and support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the CEE region with close collaboration with external suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires good English (B2 level), strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup after the probation

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Independent, well organized with effective time management.
• Willingness to work in a team and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the B2B loyalty program and related marketing activities.
• Manage marketing materials and cooperate with external suppliers.
• Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the CEE region.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and market research on competitors and trends.
• Provide administrative and communication support for business clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
