Job summary

fiskaly GmbH is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to support customers in Germany, with hybrid work in Vienna or Warsaw. You will engage with APIs, guide onboarding, and collaborate with Sales and Development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

You will proactively own tasks, learn quickly, and communicate clearly with customers while adapting to evolving requirements and cross-functional needs. EU work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Interest in technical topics: APIs and how systems fit together.
• Customer-facing technical roles experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Be the bridge between customers and Sales/Development teams, bringing your assessment to each case.
• Analyse technical requests, reproduce errors, identify patterns, and suggest improvements proactively.
• Create and maintain guides, FAQs, and documentation as needed.
