Job summary

QRmaint is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead international deployments from kickoff through go-live. You will own the full journey, configure systems, migrate data, and train customer teams to run the product independently.

This hybrid, Poland-based role requires maintenance or industrial background, fluency in English, Polish and German at C1, and comfort teaching users. You’ll work with sales, support and product to scale successful international rollouts across Europe.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, facilities or industrial experience.
• Ability to run projects independently.
• English, Polish and German at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end implementations for international customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure customer environments, integrations, and data migrations.
• Train customer teams to operate the system independently.
• Manage project schedules, milestones and communications with the wider QRmaint team.
• Take international implementations off the sales team’s plate and support customers as needed.
• Provide feedback to product based on customer insights.
