Job summary

VM.PL sp. z o.o, an IT company based in Wrocław, seeks a Customer Success Manager with German to nurture long-term client partnerships in the DACH region. You will blend business acumen with technical understanding and manage relationships from onboarding through delivery and renewal.

You will develop Account Plans, identify opportunities for nearshoring and IT projects, and ensure service quality while safeguarding profitability. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with business clients in customer success, sales, account management, project management, or B2B support.
• Technical understanding of IT environments or IT project delivery is advantageous.
• Proficient in Polish, German and English for independent business communication (C1+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Conduct business discussions, negotiate scope and rates.
• Monitor project profitability and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Identify client needs, prepare Account Plans, and propose new services (nearshoring, consulting, IT delivery).
• Coordinate with project teams, gather feedback, and ensure smooth information flow.
• Lead regular meetings, support team development, and assist salary reviews.
• Update contracts and manage financial settlements with clients.
• Identify risks and take preventive actions to protect profitability.
• Travel to Wrocław and client sites in the DACH region as needed.
